3 teaspoons of salt
Pepper as desired
Garlic 8 cloves chopped
1/2 cup melted butter or oil

Steps to prepare kebab We prepare the lamb rib meat in pieces. Then we add salt and pepper to the meat. Grate the garlic with a coarse grater and add it to the meat. Add melted butter or oil to the meat and knead. Finally, we add the sliced onion to the meat and knead it well so that the meat tastes good. We put the meat mixture in a suitable container and cover it with cellophane and refrigerate overnight. Then we skewer the meat and cook it on the charcoal we prepared earlier. Of course, you can leave the meat skewers in the oven at 250 Celsius for 10 minutes to cook one side of the meat. After 10 minutes, we apply oil on the meat with a brush and turn the meat skewer so that it is fried evenly. Let it cook and fry the other side of the meat again at the same temperature for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the meat is ready to be served. Grilled meats are sprinkled with salt and pepper and then eaten on fresh bread with onion rings seasoned in vinegar.
