The chambered laboratory reactor is designed to carry out chemical reactions that are carried out simultaneously with temperature and pressure control. This device in the laboratory has a tank (reactor) to pour materials that must perform a chemical reaction together and create product materials and a mechanical stirrer to mix these materials. The reactions are carried out inside the reactor under controlled conditions of temperature and certain pressure. The reactions of composition, decomposition and transformation are among the reactions that are carried out in this device.

The components of the laboratory reactor are boiler, converter (condenser), separator (separator), inputs and outputs, electric motor, valves and instruments. As mentioned, the first component is the tank into which the reactants are poured. The desired gas is introduced into this reactor by paths called purging. The motor and propeller inside the reactor provide the possibility of mechanical stirring of the reacting materials.
Dual-purpose temperature control system (increase or decrease temperature) is built into this device to fix the temperature of the device. In this way, by increasing the temperature of the solution inside this reactor, the temperature is reduced and cooling is done by the cooling coil. But when we have a decrease in temperature in the reactor, the thermal jacket outside the reactor can gradually increase the temperature of the solution inside the device, in other words, the heating of these materials is done by the reactor body.
Also in this device, A pressure reducing valve (Relief) has been installed, the function of this part is to increase the pressure inside the reactor.
