☑️ Elevator parts
The elevator consists of many parts.
☑️ Elevator rails
The elevator rail controls the movements and unbalanced loads in the elevator, in fact, the rail protects the elevator from uneven movements and acts as a guide.

☑️ Elevator door bumper
When the elevator door is closed, this piece helps to prevent the door from hitting the cabin and the door to close more easily.< /p>
☑️ In the elevator opener
This part has a jack and also a lever, and it was installed in the elevator cabin towards the lock, which makes it possible to open the door with a small blow when exiting the elevator.

☑️ Elevator speed or elevator speed regulator
When the elevator is going up or down, using this device makes the speed of the cabin to be set at a balanced and appropriate level.
☑️ Now the elevator
It can be said that one of the most important parts of the elevator is the encoder, which can be used to measure the number of pulses and checked the amount correctly and recognized the necessary adjustments regarding the movement of the elevator cabin.
These parts have different types and can be purchased according to the capacity of the elevator and other effective factors.
☑️ Elevator shoe
We have two types of elevator shoes:
1-Roller shoes
2-Sliding shoes
These shoes can be installed on both sides of the balance weight frame and cabin yoke. This part is directly available with the rail and has the task of guiding the cabin and balancing weight.
☑️ Elevator rails brackets
Elevator rail bracket has different types and types that we choose according to the needs of the elevator, such as the capacity of the elevator cabin, brake and speed of movement of the desired bracket We do.
☑️ Head of the towing
The hook of the elevator is connected to the Kaiben frame on one side and to the balance weight frame on the other side. It is the balance weight.
☑️ AC2 steering wheel
AC2 control panel, the task of accepting requests from the elevator cabin and floors, recognizing the cabin position, monitoring for safe movement of the cabin, controlling all elevator equipment from including the cabin door, brakes, etc., electrical protection of the equipment and control of the speed of the main engine.
☑️ The three -phase elevator box
This box is responsible for transmitting three-phase and single-phase electricity to other elevator equipment.
This box consists of three-phase fuse, signal lamp, single-phase fuse, It consists of a single-phase socket and a wire.☑️ Travel cable
This cable is made up of wires stuck together that have the task of passing electric current; These cables must deliver the passed electric current to the elevator cabin.
☑️ Rubzion box
This box is installed on top of the elevator cabin, and the elevator can be adjusted manually using this box.< /p>
☑️ Elevator Motor One of the most important elevator components
The beating heart of the elevator is the elevator motor; The elevator motor is divided into two categories, which are:
1-Gearbox elevator motor:
This engine model is older compared to the gearbox elevator engine. This engine needs a lot of energy and electricity to start each time. The gearbox motor is very noisy due to high speed. (1500 rpm)
2- Gearless elevator motor:
This elevator motor is known as gearless motor or gearless motor.
This elevator motor uses very little electricity, but the price of this motor is much higher than the price of the gearbox motor.
The gearless motor has a very small volume.
The advantage of the gearless motor is that it does not need lubrication, in contrast to the gearbox motor, which needs lubrication.
