🔰 Elevator cabin is called a metal room in which passengers or cargo are placed and moves vertically inside the elevator shaft and travels through the floors of the building. The elevator cabin is calculated according to the capacity of the users and according to the traffic of the floors, and its height is usually 200 cm and above.
The elevator cabin consists of three main parts, including the frame (yoke), the platform (place for the passenger or the load on it) and the walls (including the floor, ceiling, side walls, interior covers and decorations inside the elevator cabin). The door of the elevator cabin is mainly responsible for protecting the passengers and preventing them from hitting the shaft wall when the elevator is moving. Cabin yoke consists of two parts (upper yoke and lower yoke) and includes the entire elevator cabin. In fact, all the weight of the cabin and passengers is brought to the towing ropes by the yoke.
