How is nylon produced?
Before explaining the types of nylon and nylon production machines, it is important to explain a little about the nylon production process. In order to produce nylon, raw materials (usually in the form of granules) are melted inside the machine and transported on special rollers with the help of balloon air compressors. Finally, the cooled materials on the roller become thin films whose diameter and width completely depend on the wind speed of the compressors. After this step, the nylon films are rolled to enter the next machines in the production line.

The type of stitching can be bottom stitching, side stitching or three-sided stitching. The bottom stitching method is often used for the production of supermarket bags, the side stitching method for promotional nylons, and the three-sided stitching method for packaging envelopes. To produce nylons with handles, in addition to a sewing machine, you need a nylon punching machine so that you can punch the handle of the bag.
*Estrich machine
Stretching and shearing devices are both used for packing different products with nylon. The stretch machine packs different products using stretch nylon and has been released to the market in two ways, manual and automatic. The manual stretching device is suitable for low volume packaging and requires one manpower. But the automatic stretch machine, which is known as stretch pallet machine, has different types depending on the type of product.

Shearing pack machine is actually used to stick thin plastic around the box or body of a product and like the stretch machine, it has two automatic and semi-automatic types. The application of the shearing pack machine is not only limited to the nylon production line. This device is used in various industries and working with it requires a lot of experience and knowledge.
*Nylon Performation Machine
As the name suggests, the perforating machine is often used to produce freezer bags, tablecloths and garbage bags. Of course, it goes without saying that the perforating machine is also used as an alternative to the sewing machine in the freezer bag and roll garbage bag production line. This device is also available in two automatic and semi-automatic versions, and the semi-automatic device requires an operator.
*Nylon and Nylex printing machine
Any type of nylon with any dimensions can be placed under the printing machine and the desired design can be created on it. There are three types of nylon printing machines: hilo, flexo and silk. In general, flexo printing is more economical than hilo printing. Because the cost of the image carrier in hilo printing is much more expensive than the cost of the image carrier in flexo printing. But on the other hand, Hilo printing has more press time and offers better quality printing.
