1.welding NECK

The other side is made in accordance with the flange of the opposite side and is connected with bolts and nuts.

This type of flange is used to block the flow path. The internal stresses and force on the screws in this type of flanges are higher than other flanges.
3.Socket Welding
The connection of this type of flanges to the pipeline is socket weld type and they are generally used for piping system with high pressure and small diameter.
4.Slip-On Welding
The method of connecting this type of flange to the pipe is in such a way that the pipe is placed inside it in such a way that the pipe is more than the thickness of the pipe, and it is welded from the inside and outside. This flange is used in normal systems because its installation is simple, but its resistance to both internal pressure and fatigue is lower than that of the necked flange.
5.Lapped
The edged flange is like a normal slipon flange that does not have a washer and has a chamfer on the inner side, which is usually used for the rotating flange or the rim bottom holder, and this flange does not have any contact with the fluid.
6.threaded
This type of flange is threaded from the inside according to the NPT standard and is closed on the appropriate pipe. This connection is generally used for pipes with small diameter and relatively low pressure.
7.straight Hub Welding Flanges
This type of flange is mainly used to make nozzles (outlet or inlet) in tanks. This type of flange is actually a reinforced nozzle. The side of its neck is welded to the tank and the other side is connected with bolts and nuts.
8.anchor Flange
This type of flange is similar to two necked flanges joined together (integrated) and welded to the pipe on both sides and used to restrain the pipeline from longitudinal movement caused by internal pressure and temperature difference, etc. It goes so that the system and devices are not damaged.
9.drip ring
drip ring is used to get the output from the pipeline or reduce the pressure of the pipeline to open the equipment. This equipment is placed between two flanges and is installed on the pipeline as a wafer connection.
