1- Use water to bake Iranian rice
When you use too much water to cook rice, your rice becomes sticky and sticky. In addition, this amount of water affects the nutritional value of the rice. On the other hand, too little water makes the rice hard. You have to learn to use enough water and it is the amount of rice that tells you how much water to use. In general, you should add half a cup of water for every half cup of rice. If you are using brown rice, you should add a quarter of a cup of water for every half a cup so that you end up with puffed rice.
2. Do not stir Iranian rice too much
If there is a long pause between stirring the rice in the cooking process, the heat and steam needed to cook the rice will leave the container and be wasted, while the heat will not reach all the rice grains equally. In addition, you should not stir the rice continuously and repeatedly, because this will cause the rice to combine with its starch, and as a result, the rice will become sticky.

3- Use general instructions in Fajr rice baking
Sometimes it is really necessary to use and follow general instructions for cooking rice. You may come across different instructions for cooking different types of rice, and it is even possible that some rice cookers and cooking utensils have instructions for cooking rice. These various instructions will confuse you. Therefore, instead of using these different instructions, you should cook rice with the same conventional and general instructions.
4- Do not increase heat in Iranian rice baking
When you start cooking the rice, keep the temperature low or medium. If you increase the temperature or the flame, the water will evaporate quickly and the rice inside the container will not have the time to cook. A very high flame or temperature will make the rice not cooked well and there is even a possibility that your rice will burn.
5. Add the salt in the last step
Most people add some salt while cooking rice to provide a better taste to their food. There is no doubt that adding salt to the food gives it a special taste, but adding salt causes the rice to break before it is cooked. Add only a little salt to the rice and add the rest at the end of the cooking stage.

6. Close the pot door in rice baking
Leaving the pot open while cooking rice increases the temperature of the water for a longer period of time and increases the possibility of the rice grains opening.
7. Before baking the Fajr rice, soak it
Putting the rice in cold water, some time before starting to cook it, causes some of the rice starch to dissolve in the water and reduce it. This makes the grains of rice stick less to each other during cooking and so-called grow.
