Marble or Onyx is a Chalcedony stone. Chalcedony is a type of quartz microcrystal. Marble is a soft, non-porous, transparent stone. This stone is formed by the boiling of water in the layers close to the surface of the earth and from the combination of calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, copper, iron oxide and fluorine. Marble looks very similar to marble, and it may be difficult to distinguish these two stones from each other at first glance. However, marble has a difference with marble, and that is that marbles are semi-transparent stones that easily let light pass through them.
How is marble made?
Marble is a sedimentary stone that is made of stone abstract or stalagmite (Stalagmite) and stone drip or stalactite (Stalactite) or those candles that are formed near the surface of the earth and in the mouth of limestone caves. History of marble use
The use of marble is very old in human history; Ancient Egyptians used onyx as a beautiful and magical symbol in jewelry making. For the Romans, marble was a sign of courage and strength. Ancient Greeks and Iranians also used this stone in making sculptures and jewelry. In the Middle Ages, this stone was used in the construction of churches and monasteries; Marble is known to absorb negative forces and in the past it was believed that the color of marble becomes dull by absorbing negative energy. Even today, marble is used from jewelry making to construction and interior design.

Types of marble in terms of chemical structure

Calcareous marble: Translucent marble and The clarity that we all have in our minds is in this family. The main mineral in calcareous marble is calcium carbonate. The amount of porosity in this type of stone is higher compared to the previous type.
