3D panel
Three-D panel is a prefabricated wall that consists of two parts of fireproof polystyrene insulation core (Unolit) and pre-welded steel grids (mesh) which are connected to each other by metal wires in the form of a truss, which is installed and concrete spraying on it, by combining two steel grids and concrete, a very strong and strong structure is obtained.
The presence of the polystyrene layer in the panel members reduces the weight of the wall and ceiling parts, and in addition to making it easier to carry, it also reduces the overall weight of the structure. These panels are used in the building as load-bearing or horizontal diaphragms of the building's load-bearing structure or non-load-bearing separating walls.

Applications
Panels with polystyrene core and reinforced concrete (steel mesh and sprayed concrete with high strength) are used for the following:
🔹 load-bearing walls
🔹 ceilings
🔹 non-load-bearing separating walls (Internal and external)
🔹 structural structures including shear bearing walls, ceiling panels and insulating walls are used against heat and sound transmission.
