1- Two-cylinder motor
The two-cylinder engine is the simplest and smallest type of engine that is used in some cars. In this type of engine, two cylinders are located in a certain order and each cylinder contains a piston that moves inside it. Due to its simple structure and small size, this engine is affordable and low cost and is used in small cars. The way the two-cylinder engine works is that first a mixture of fuel and air is injected into the cylinders. Then, the pistons move up and compress the fuel-air mixture in the cylinder. After the fuel and air mixture is compressed, the electronic sensors send a signal to the engine control unit.
The engine control unit sends a precise amount of fuel to the engine injection system. Then, the injected fuel is placed in the cylinders and ignited by the heat and pressure in the cylinder. This combustion increases the pressure inside the cylinder and the piston moves down. The downward movement of the piston leads to the transfer of the produced energy to the engine shaft. The engine shaft transfers energy to the wheels of the car and causes the car to move.
2- Three-cylinder motor
In the three-cylinder engine, as the name suggests, three cylinders are used to generate power and transfer motion through fuel and air. The main advantage of the three-cylinder engine is to reduce fuel consumption and maintain the car's performance. This type of engine with less number of cylinders produces more energy in each cylinder, which leads to higher efficiency and better performance. Also, due to the smaller number of cylinders, the weight of the engine is also reduced, which reduces the overall weight of the car and increases its speed.
