🔧 Cobe and repair it again
1. Inspection of the used pads used
Wear is checked and inspected on all surfaces and teeth of the pad. In order to find damages on the parts and surface of the pad, or in terms of structural uniformity, they are also checked.
2. Remove old pads
1. Cleaning and preparing the surface
Cleaning the surface of your part, which is one of the most important steps in achieving a quality joint, is done using mechanical grinding and degreasing.

1. Connect the new pad
The new friction material is covered with a thermal adhesive. Appropriate cycle time, pressure, and temperature are employed to complete the bonding process. Midwest Brick utilizes advanced press equipment and materials to monitor this process for a consistent, high-quality bond.
1. Machinery
Midwest Brake machines the clutch plates to the requested thickness. The clutch plates are machined parallel to +/- 0.002 which results in a better contact surface and thus increases the life and performance of the clutch or brake.
