This wire, which is produced from iron, reaches the appropriate thickness with several stages of stretching on the iron. It is cleaned of impurities, then it enters the acid bath to be completely cleaned. Then they immerse it in a bath of copper sulfate, after degreasing and acid washing, they sell it in coils and branches with a diameter of 1 to 8 mm. Maswar wire is composed of several types of metal, including copper, tin, and antimony. The use of maswar wire is very wide and it can be used to make hangers, luggage, handbags, shelves and boxes.
Black wire
In making this wire, low carbon steel is used, when it is exposed to heat, it softens and black wire is produced. Because there is no coating on this wire, it can be vulnerable to corrosion. In addition to being flexible and soft, black wires have high resistance because they are made at a temperature of 900 degrees Celsius. The lower the amount of carbon in this wire, the softer it will be. On the other hand, as the amount of carbon increases, the wire will be more resistant and harder. If the black wire is harder, it can be stronger against moisture and corrosion.
Black wire is also known as reinforcement wire, which is used to fasten reinforcing bars in concrete. These wires, which are supplied in coils, are cut into small pieces and tied around the rebar with pliers. In Iran, 1.5 mm thick reinforcing wire is usually used.
White Wire
To produce cold galvanized wire, the black wire must first be completely cleaned and cleaned, and this operation is done through electric current. Then a cold galvanized layer is placed on it, this layer helps to increase the resistance of the wire against corrosion and humidity. According to different applications, it is sold in the form of branches and coils in different diameters.
To produce hot galvanized wire, the black wire must be heated completely, then a coating is placed on it. This cover, which can be aluminum, increases the resistance of the wire against corrosion. This wire has a very smooth surface, it is flexible, and for this reason, it is used to make nets and fences. White wire can be used to make chicken netting, fence netting, as well as rabbit binding.

Meftol acetyl consists of two components, nickel and chromium. This wire is produced in two types CHQ and EPQ. CHQ steel wire is used to produce nails, rivets and screws, and EPQ type is used for kitchen equipment and basket production. Of course, steel wire can also be used to make different nets, or it is also used to fence gardens and make bird cages. Industrial steel wires are produced in two types of fabric and non-fabric. These wires have higher tensile strength and flexibility than other wires.
