Planning and design
The first step in the implementation of the concrete staircase is its detailed planning and design. At this stage, the environmental requirements, dimensions, heights and slope of the staircase are determined. Also, plans and plans for the construction of stairs are prepared.
Digging and drilling
To implement the concrete staircase, first the desired place is excavated to create the skeleton of the staircase. It includes digging soil, digging and installing metal frames (forms) and cementing.
Install frames (forms)
Forms are a type of molding that are temporarily installed in place and form the empty space where the staircase is placed. These forms determine the dimensions and slope of the staircase.
Concrete preparation
The concrete used for the implementation of the stairs must be prepared precisely. It involves mixing different materials including cement, water, sand and aggregates.
Concrete casting
After the concrete is prepared, it is poured into the forms. At this stage, the concrete is integrated and accurately entered into the forms.
Straightening and lipstick
After the concrete is poured, the surface of the stairs is smoothed, and they start lipping to determine the desired shape and areas.

Drying up and improving
After pouring, concrete needs to dry and improve in order to gain the necessary resistance for use as a staircase.
Separate forms
After drying and curing of the concrete, the forms are separated from the staircase.
Staircase
In the last step, they install the stairs and the guard on the staircase and use them for daily use of the staircase.
