What is granules?
Injectable granules are obtained from the recycling of recycled plastic. After melting with special devices, the resulting material is shaped into pellets after cooling. We know these pellets as granules.
Types of injectable granules
☑️ Injectable polyethylene granules
One of the types of injectable granules is Pebi-Epilen granules. As it is clear from the name of injection granule, it is used for injection processes in the production of plastic parts. In general, these granules are used in woven bag, directional tape, single strand, tube, blown film, injection molding and blow molding. As a technical point in the production of granules, it should be noted that in the injection molding process, the temperature of the material and the temperature of the mold should be higher. Also, the injection pressure should be lower for the process to take place properly.
☑️ Injectable polypropylene granules
Polypropylene granules are one of the types of injectable granules. One of its advantages is that you can make this granule in any shape you like. This problem has been able to show many applications in the plastic industry and plastic waste. One of the important features of these injectable granules is its light weight. Also, the price of this granule is cheaper than other granules. Its application is in the packaging industry. In addition, it is widely used in the production of toys, bottles, wire coverings, water and sewage pipes, and medical equipment.

☑️ Polystyrene granules
Polystyrene granule is one of the most widely used injectable granules. Both recycled and new materials are used to make polystyrene granules. This granule is made by hydrogenation of ethylene and benzene. According to the structure of this injectable granule, it is used in various cases and applications. Polystyrene granules have specific applications in a series of industries. Its resistant or normal sample is used in the production of all kinds of disposable containers. Also, its resistant sample can be used in the production of monolithic blocks and house roofs. This granule is widely used in the use of electrical appliances and toys.
☑️ Polypropylene granule

Propylene is placed in relatively mild conditions and at the right pressure and temperature, next to a famous catalyst named Ziegler Nata; Finally, polypropylene is produced. Of course, it should be noted that, when the catalyst is given to him, Ziegler is nata; Polypropylene is isotactic. This substance can be crystallized in about 90%. Soft and warm resins can be polypropylene PP, which is used in different cases such as making car components, construction and industrial equipment, making pipes, medical and laboratory equipment, textile, food packaging, injection molding, blow molding, sheet, film, etc. is used.
