Producers of car electricity are divided into several other parts that have a great impact on the movement of cars, including heavy cars. Although at first you may think that the electrical appliances of heavy cars are only lights or wipers. But this is not the case and there are more important parts that lead to its lighting and movement. Among these parts, we can mention battery, starter, alternator, spark plug, coil, alternator, wire, delco, fuse, controllers, communication sockets and electrical circuits.
Battery of heavy vehicles: Heavy vehicles, like other vehicles, need one of the most basic parts of the car that is responsible for power supply, which is the battery. Usually, the battery used in a heavy vehicle is 24 volts.
Note: In old heavy vehicles, only the starter has a voltage of 24 volts. But nowadays, all heavy vehicle electrical appliances are coordinated with the battery and often 24 volts.
Transformation relay: Another important and practical part of the heavy vehicle is the "conversion relay". Although the internal system of the conversion relay is 12V, but its operation depends on the starter and the 24V battery.
As you have just bought a heavy car, please note that if the battery installed on It is 24 V, but other parts are not suitable for this voltage, with the first start, the car's electrical parts will be damaged. On the other hand, the 12-volt battery will not be able to start the car. As a result, they use a conversion relay to create coordination between the starter and other electrical components.
Alternator of a heavy car: Another electric part of a heavy car is "Alternator". This part produces electricity in the car. In fact, the alternator is equipped with an armature and with the help of it the truck is started. This device takes electricity from the battery and converts it into mechanical energy. As a result, the gears start moving and the car turns on.
Heavy car lights: Lights are an essential part of a heavy car, especially at night. Any breakdown of them disrupts night driving. If you have traveled by bus or boarded a truck, you will notice the large number of bus lights and truck lights, which, in addition to lighting, also make these cars more beautiful and have a decorative aspect. On the other hand, the presence of these lights shows the driver the presence of any vehicle behind him. In other words, it improves the vision of the truck driver at night.
Car water sensor: Water sensor can be mentioned among the electrical equipment of heavy cars. As the name suggests, it shows the water temperature of the car truck. In this way, if the temperature of the water in the radiator rises more than the standard, the fan of the car will turn on and inform the driver of this problem. which is responsible for supplying electricity and charging the battery. In fact, this practical piece distributes electricity rhythmically and completely regularly between the candles.
Aftamat or truck regulator: Aftamat, which is also called a regulator, is the interface between the battery and the alternator of the car. It also controls the consumed current and produced voltage in order to avoid burning or damaging the power generator. When the engine speed of the car increases, the voltage of the generated electricity also increases. If this increase is too much, as we said, other electrical parts of the heavy machine will be damaged.
