Water is poured in the cutting area of the stones to prevent the device from overheating. For this reason, you should make sure that as much as possible, water does not fall on the machine's motor.

Stone cutting machines are mounted on a pole to work. This rod, which plays a pivotal role in the device, is called a linear guide or moving rail. The disk saw blade is mounted on this moving rail by means of equipment and performs the work of cutting the stone. One of these saw blade protectors is a disc that fits completely around the blade and surrounds it all around except for the bottom edge. Another important equipment that is mounted on the disc saw blade frame is the water guide pipe, which is used to sprinkle water on the stone cutting area while the machine is working.
Auxiliary skeleton
For stone cutting machines, a type of frame is used to place all the components of the machine on it. This framework is mainly metal and is produced with the help of good quality steel as well as high thickness. The importance of the framework is not only in maintaining the equipment of the device. Rather, this framework guarantees the correct operation of the device. The frame should be heavy enough to stabilize the equipment and minimize vibrations during operation. If large width stones are to be cut, an auxiliary table must be added to the frame to allow for this. The frame bases of cutting machines are different depending on the type of machine. Devices that are portable should have folding bases so that they can be folded when moving.
Water pump
Another equipment in the stone cutting machine is the water pump. The water pump helps us to have a certain amount of water flow when the machine is active on the stone cutting site. In this way, the lubrication work will always be done while cutting the stone and it will prevent the device from getting hot during work. Because it is mostly possible that the water used has mineral salts and certain hardnesses, it is necessary to perform the pump descaling work every few days and to empty the sediments deposited in the pump.
