Raw material
The raw material of cooked unolite (plastofoam) is expanded polystyrene. Expanded polystyrene is a material in the form of resin or sugar with various sizes, these materials have a limited use date, and its expiration date should be taken into account when consuming and producing.
The first stage of production of ceiling monolith: Baking Materials (Expand)
At this stage, the materials are cooked and ready to produce the mother block in a special silo for material storage. It should be noted that the temperature and humidity around the silos and the humidity level of the silos are very important and must be kept at a certain level.
Second stage of production of ceiling unlite: production of unlite block (mother mold)
At this stage, the cooked materials are poured into the mold after being stored in the silos for a certain period of time, and it becomes a block or mother mold with steam. After production, the block must be kept in a warehouse with an advanced ventilation device, and the temperature of the place where the block is stored must be the same all the time. After this step, the block is ready to be cut.
Third Stage of Ceiling Unolite Production: Cutting Unolite (CNC)
In this stage, which is called the mother block preparation stage, and during which the mother blocks are ready to be cut after being stored in the warehouse for two or three days. The cutting is done by a CNC machine and it is cut in different dimensions and sizes, which depends on the type of customer's order.
Stage Fourth Ceiling Unolite: Unolite Quality Control (QC)
In all stages of production, quality control and the factory laboratory play an important role in product quality, and the quality control force guarantees the quality of the factory's manufactured products with the help of precise and modern laboratory equipment.
