Sepidar tree P.alba: is considered one of the most resistant species and is between 18 and 25 meters high. It has been planted a lot in historical and old gardens, whether it was planted as a windbreak on the margins and sometimes in the main paths.
Grey fir tree P.canescens: can be up to 30 meters high, it has bigger leaves than Sepidar and its bark is yellow to brown.
Tabrizi tree (P. nigra var Italica: Ashalak, Asian fir, Lombardy fir): It is one of the tall and beautiful trees. It is usually planted next to gardens. Its beautiful rhomboid leaves are longer than their width. In autumn, it turns canary yellow. P.tremula: its leaves are similar to elm. Pede: This type of tree is mostly seen in tropical areas and has a medium size. In Iran, you can see this tree on the banks of Dez and Karun rivers.
