Water -based rubber's wax properties
It is environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
Spilling it on the skin and clothing is not harmful.
Spilling it on the car body does not harm the body color. It prevents the absorption of environmental dust to the rubber walls.
It is ideal for applications that require the implementation of several layers, because it is layered smoothly.
Solvent -based rubber wax features
More resistance to water
More durability than water-based rubber wax
More shine than water-based rubber wax
Non-water-based tire wax that is usually oil-based or Solvent-made, they offer greater water resistance, durability and shine than water-based waxes. Solvent-based products are made mostly of petroleum distillates, which have been proven to damage not only tires, but also components such as body paint and brakes if oversprayed. Since solvent-based waxes are water-resistant, washing off the previous layer can be problematic. Over time, solvent-based products turn tires brown. They can also dry out the rubber, leading to premature cracking. In contrast, water-based rubber wax contains natural oils that nourish the rubber.
