The head of the lathe

Three systems
Three systems are used to restrain the workpiece. Using a special wrench, the opening of the three systems is opened and the workpiece is placed inside. Then the opening of the three systems is closed and the workpiece is restrained. This is one of the components The lathe has a cylindrical shape and is suitable for controlling spherical and rotating parts. All the jaws of the three systems open and close at the same time.
Four systems
The four systems have the same application as the three systems. The difference with the three systems is that the four systems consist of four jaws or clamps and are suitable for controlling non-rotating parts such as square or cubic parts. The four systems are very durable against blows. and it has cutting forces and does not allow the work piece to be released.
Because sometimes the work piece does not have an apparent symmetry, the jaws or clamps of the four systems are opened and closed separately.
Rotary axle (Spindle) and gearbox (Gear Box)
The rotating axis or the spindle and the gear box are the most important components of the lathe machine and have a direct relationship with each other. The gear box consists of a number of gears that rotate when the engine is turned on and cause the rotating axis to rotate. On the other hand, as we said in the previous section, the work piece is connected to three or four systems. To rotate the work piece, three or four systems are placed on the rotating axis, and when the engine turns on and the spindle rotates, the work piece also starts to rotate.
Handle
It is used to move forward or backward the bird and lathe tool. By turning the handle clockwise, the bird moves on the rail and towards the work piece.
Dietary regulator
The feed rate regulator is one of the parts of the turning machine, which is used to control the way and direction of the movement of the working tool or the turning blade.
Bed of lathe
The base of the lathe has a rail mode. The work tools and other parts such as the bird and supports are installed on the base of the machine through a number of bolts and nuts and move on the rail.
