Pet maintenance rules in the apartment
According to the multitude of reports that have reached the authorities and courts about the keeping of pets in the apartment, the law has also set a duty in this regard. According to Article 3 of the Executive Regulations of the Law on Ownership of Apartments: parts of the building, land and their belongings that all partners and residents use directly and indirectly are considered common parts and exclusive rights cannot be assigned to them.
It is further stated in the note of Article 3: It is prohibited to place any kind of equipment and keep all kinds of pets, including dogs, cats, chickens, etc. in the common areas of the apartment. The common areas of the building are under the ownership of all residents and partners, even if they do not have access to that place. The common areas mentioned in the note are stairs and corridors, parking lots, roofs, etc. According to the above, it can be concluded that keeping all kinds of pets in the apartment is prohibited. As a result, this permission is given to other neighbors to register their complaint against the neighbor in case of any problem. In such a situation, when the matter reaches a complaint and controversy, the judge issues a verdict. Usually, for the owner of the pet, they consider an amount called a fine that must be paid. Of course, it goes without saying that if the first complaint has been filed, the judge can reduce or change the verdict based on Article 22. Usually, in severe and serious complaints, the animal in question is confiscated by law. According to the type of animal and its conditions, one of the cases is: extinction, return to nature or conservation in the zoo.

What is the reason for dealing with this?
As we said at the beginning of the article, part of the society cannot accept the presence of animals in the apartment for religious and personal reasons. The next thing is related to the animals themselves. Due to the noise that some of them produce, they can destroy the peace of other neighbors. The next point goes back to the discussion of common diseases between humans and animals, such as chlamydia, rabies, mycobacterium, etc. Another reason why neighbors are against keeping pets in the apartment is the health of the animals. Try to carry your pet with a special box when moving around the common area. Preferably a low-noise pet. Choose more. If you have a solution to prevent noise pollution, put it into practice. Monitor your pet's health. Don't let him spread the disease.
Don't let your pet damage the common areas of the apartment. Try to either train it or prevent it from entering these parts.
Do not keep your animal or animals in visible parts of the building. Such as: communal areas, storage rooms, rooftops, etc.
