Epoxy hardener as a catalyst will cause epoxy to work at any temperature. This compound contains molecules that react with the resin group and is known as a cross-linking agent. In general, epoxy resins need drying materials (hardener) for hardness and processing. Epoxy hardener is based on substances such as phenalamines and is used to dry and process epoxy at high or low temperature and in humidity. Its molecules enable the resin molecules to bond together and form a three-dimensional network. Typically, the epoxy hardener molecules are much smaller than the resin molecules and therefore have a low viscosity. This compound actually enhances or controls the curing reaction of the epoxy resin. There are different types of this product and according to their application, the drying time and operation time are different. After combining the two desired materials, they should be mixed for 5 minutes in a specific direction and at a specific speed, so that they are completely combined with each other, and for better quality, this mixture should be rested for 30 minutes.
