After the color of the flour changes, add sifted chickpea flour, cardamom powder and cinnamon powder to the ingredients in the pan and fry for a few more minutes and finally remove from the heat.
Cover the bottom of the tray with a layer of plastic or cellophane and spread the smoothed dates on it. Put a layer of plastic on the dates again and smooth its surface with a roller so that it has the same diameter. After that, remove the upper plastic layer and add some flour to the date and spread it completely on the date layer in a smooth and uniform way. Finally, with the help of the bottom layer of cellophane or plastic, collect the material in the form of a roll and close its two sides well so that it does not open. Rest this date roll in the refrigerator for 4 hours and take it out of the refrigerator when it is completely solid. Then, cut it to your liking and enjoy the taste.
