Horses have many different breeds and these breeds are scattered in different countries of the world.

1. Turkmen horse of the most authentic and rare breeds

Turkmen horses are Iranian horses that are mostly seen in the Turkmen desert. Such horses have long bodies and thin tails, and they can start running at a high speed. The color of these horses is dark. The export of these horses abroad is prohibited.

2. Torough Breed (Thoroughbred) Horse

This horse is actually the result of mixing two breeds of Arabian horse and local English horse, and for that reason it does not have a long history. This horse is used in horse racing and equestrian competitions, because this breed is the sharpest breed of horse. Among the appearance characteristics of these horses, we can mention very long, but strong legs and dark skin color. Some of these horses are also available in Iran, of course they are imported.

Horse of this breed were trained and used for farming and military work in the past centuries, but the modern breed of this horse is trained for competitions. This breed is the most famous breed of warm-blooded European horses and has a very successful performance in dressage and jumping. These horses are very powerful and athletic and have a balanced and calm demeanor. The color of this breed is varied and can be white, black, gray or brown.

This breed is the third most populous breed among horses in the world, which is also known as the "red-skinned" or "spotted" breed, and their most important appearance feature is the presence of spots/spots on their bodies. Most of these horses are light and have dark spots on their bodies, or their background is dark and has light spots. Among other features of this breed, we can mention that their hooves are striped. This breed has a calm nature and therefore is very suitable for traveling long distances. Also, their high strength in jumping can make them successful in this field.

This breed is an English breed. Shire horses are very stout and their average weight reaches one ton. The horses of this breed are very strong and for this reason they have been used to load and pull carts and sledges. The nature of this breed is very calm and obedient. The color of these horses is usually black, but there are also many amber and brown examples.

The Gypsy horse has an Irish breed and is produced by selective breeding. The purpose of producing and training this breed has been to create horses that are strong and obedient and need little food and water. Among the appearance characteristics of this horse, it can be mentioned that the skin of these horses is 2 colors.

1. Barb of the oldest horse breeds

The race of these horses is very old and goes back to North Africa. The origin of many breeds today also goes back to the Barb breed and is actually the result of the mating of this breed with another breed. These horses last very well in difficult conditions and for this reason they are used a lot in endurance competitions (non-two). Also, this horse has high tolerance in desert conditions. Among the appearance features of this breed, we can mention a long head and broad shoulders. The skin color of this horse is usually monochromatic.
