Sludge pump
Sludge pump is a type of floating pump designed for pumping polluted water or wastewater containing solid particles. These pumps have a large impeller that is inside a chamber. With its rotation, the impeller creates a centrifugal force that causes water and solid particles to be drawn from the center of the impeller towards the walls of the chamber and then pumped out through an outlet pipe. The way to cool the pump is also different in both types.
Sludge pump profile
Sludge pump is a mechanical device that is used to transfer and pump sludge. Sludge is a liquid and semi-solid substance that is produced in industrial processes, sewage and sewage treatment plants. This sludge may contain solid particles, organic substances and chemicals.

1- Sludge pump is used to collect and transfer sludge for disposal or further processing. These pumps usually have a special design that allows them to deal with solid particles and dirty materials. Also, due to the sticky and rare nature of sludge, sludge pumps must be able to deal with these problems and transfer sludge effectively. And gas, mines and chemical industries are used.
Use of sludge pumps
Transporting liquids with solid particles such as long fibers
Transmission and movement of fluids with abrasive particles
Transporting and moving industrial wastewater containing corrosive chemicals and acid or alkali
Contaminated water transfer and relocation

Transfer and relocation of muddy water Transferring fluids containing water and gas Transporting and moving industrial sewage sludge mixed with water Transfer and pumping in pulp and steel industry Pumping corrosive fluids
