Schematic design
In the first phase, architects meet with clients, gather project requirements, assess the site, and provide an outline. The generated schematic plan is shown to the employer for approval.
Plan development
If the client approves the design, the architects complete the drawings with more details such as the location of the air conditioners, specifying the plumbing, electronic systems, etc. Also, building laws and environmental regulations and other documents are considered.
Construction documents
After the design is finalized, detailed construction documents are prepared. These documents are mandatory instructions that contractors must follow and estimate the cost of construction based on it.

Construction management
Finally, the project will become a real construction project and different architects will be busy with their task at this stage. During the construction, there may be changes in the way of construction, which will require the architects to produce new designs and documents and submit them to the client. After correcting the details, the building is completed according to the design.
