CEO of Fars Heritage and Tourism Lovers Association believes: Shiraz Cabbage Plow is one of the dishes that Shiraz has been known for at least 100 years ago with this dish and a number of other dishes. And it is reminded: Cabbage and rice may have been the food of the city or another region of the country, and later a historical document will be found in this regard. But nowadays cabbage pilaf is known as Shiraz and most travelers who travel to Shiraz prefer to include Shirazi cabbage pilaf in at least one of their meals.

Several types of cabbage for Shiraz pilaf
Cabbage pilaf is prepared in different ways in Shiraz. The CEO of Fars Cultural Heritage and Tourism Lovers Association says: There are various types of cabbage pilaf in Shiraz, but the most common type of cabbage pilaf is made with cabbage. Cabbage rice is one of the traditional dishes of Fars. Just like Qanbar Pilu, which is usually cooked on the third day of a person's death, and what's better is that next to Cabbage Pilu, Qanbar Pilu was also registered nationally. Shirazi rice cabbage is registered in the spiritual heritage section. Also, according to the Director General of Fars Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, the registration of historical, cultural and natural works in the national and international list has a significant effect in introducing the protection and maintenance of these works.
