Steps and how to produce plastic fruit baskets
To produce a plastic basket, first the granule enters a special machine and it needs to be crushed a little. Of course, some plastic molding machines do not need to crush the granules and the granules are entered in the machine in the same way. In the next step, the mold of the plastic basket is prepared and checked so that it is clean and flawless. Now, the material for making the plastic fruit basket is injected into the mold. After the injection is complete, the plastic fruit basket should be cooled. This work is usually done in the machine itself.
After cooling the plastic fruit basket, the basket is removed from the plastic injection machine by the ejector pins. At the end, the plastic fruit basket is checked and prepared for transportation. Note that colors and other raw materials are also injected into the machine along with the granules. Sometimes, it may be necessary to paint the plastic fruit basket by human power or another special device, and this is done after the basket leaves the plastic injection machine.
