This type of machine is fast and very easy to operate. This type of machine is used for small lathes, complex works and ordinary works. The diameter of the work that can be cut with this type of machine is up to 75 mm and sometimes up to 500 mm, and the cutting length of the parts must be proportional to the length of the cutter, which usually varies from 100 mm to 330 mm. These types of machines are basically made in a large form and are intended for heavy and large turning works, especially works that are relatively long in terms of length and need to be cut accurately. With this type of machine, it is possible to cut works with a diameter of about 300 mm, and the works that must be closed in three systems have a diameter of about 900 mm.
In these machines, the six-way grater device is closed directly on the saddle located on the rail and can be moved forward and backward along the length of the machine by means of the saddle. Fastening the six-sided pencil holder on the saddle directly maximizes the strength of the pen holder. In general, two types of turning (internal turning and surface turning) can be done with lathe series machines. Horizontal lathe series machines are usually used for turning.
