Facade bricks offer more color variations
While regular bricks are made with clay and are mostly red in color, facade bricks are available in a wide range of colors and shapes. Both the content of minerals and the firing process (temperature and duration) affect the color of facade bricks.
The difference between bricks and ordinary brick is in terms of size
In general, when looking at the difference between face bricks and normal bricks, face bricks follow the size standards of normal bricks, but they can be produced in other sizes for aesthetic purposes.

Ordinary bricks are a little rough in terms of texture
Conventional bricks are often made with clay containing less fine particles and therefore, have a rougher texture. Face bricks are often pressed to create a smooth and uniform brick shape.
Difference in construction goals
The most important difference is that regular bricks are always used for interior and structural purposes, while facing bricks are used for aesthetics.
