Jumbo
In general, four types of jumbo bags are produced and these types of bags fulfill different applications of jumbo bags.
Conventional FIBC bags: This category of FIBC bags are the most common jumbo bags available. It includes a load capacity that varies between 500 kg and 2000 kg. These dimensions change depending on the preferences and needs of the customer. This material is used to transfer non-flammable dry materials that are in powder form
Conductive FIBC bags: They are also known as Type C FIBC bags and are made from non-conductive polypropylene fabrics. It is made up of conductive threads that are interlaced and hence there is combustible dust for transporting flammable powder materials or during filling or emptying of bags.
Miscellaneous FIBC bags: They are made of anti-static fabric which has static static threads. These bags are used to carry flammable powders or when flammable solvents are near or around the bag. When using these bags when the conductors are contaminated with water, grease, etc., you should avoid using these bags.
Lined FIBC Bags: This type of FIBC bags are provided with polyethylene and multi-layered liners, which are used to store and transport very fine materials. Liners are sewn or glued to FIBC bags to prevent contamination and also to keep the product safe.
