What is a shuttle sheet?
It is a type of thin steel, plastic and aluminum formed sheet that is created by forming different metal sheets, especially colored galvanized sheets of shutter metal sheet. Shutter metal sheets are produced and marketed in different types and designs, each of which is used depending on the type of construction or industrial application.
Types of Sheet Sheet Designs
Sine design
The sinusoidal design is one of the oldest shutters. These sheets are easy to form and are produced in circular form, in two types, small and large. The meaning of fine and coarse is the size of its waves or sinuses. The length of this type of sheet is determined and produced depending on the customer's request.

This plan is slightly different from the sine plan. In this way, the ridges (sheet waves) are not sinusoidal or semicircular, but trapezoidal in different sizes and shapes. For example, in a design, the distance between the trapezoids may be large, or the trapezoids may be stuck together and there is no distance between them. In another design, the size of the trapezoids may be large and in another model, the size of the trapezoids may be small, all of which are produced depending on the customer's needs.

One of the most beautiful shutter designs is the Shadowline design, which is almost similar to the trapezoidal design. This shutter sheet form is stronger and naturally more expensive than trapezoidal and sinusoidal forms.
