Introduction to the methods of installing composite sheets
- روش ثابت (Fixing)
- روش ریلی (Hanging)
- روش H – L
- روش فیکس ریلینگ

Fixed method (fixing)
In this method, composite sheets are installed on an iron or aluminum frame and fixed by screws or rivets. The space between the sheets is filled with polyurethane strips. The use of these strips will prevent water from affecting the facade and make it waterproof, and in addition, it will make the appearance of the facade more beautiful and stylish. It is against building impulses.
Rail method (hanging)
In the rail method, the grooved panels are placed on the aluminum stud profile, which is one of the sections of the aluminum profile, and all the infrastructure and pavement components are made of aluminum. The coefficient of expansion of all components is equal and equal, for this reason it is very resistant to deformation and crushing, and the components do not crush together in the reaction. In this method, screws or rivets are not used and a part can be easily removed or replaced. The execution speed of this method is high and despite the aluminum profile, it does not need to be sealed and silicone glue is not used in it. In this method, the panels are resistant to lateral forces such as building shocks and wind and do not move.
H - l method
This method is similar to the fixed method (Fixing), with the difference that the panels are placed directly on profiles with H and L-shaped structures. This implementation method can be implemented with low cost and high speed, and its implementation is very clean and convenient.

In this method, sealing is not done, and it is also not possible to change the defective panel. In addition, the use of large panels in this method is not suitable and it is not possible because the panels are deformed and create noise during wind and storm.
Fix Railing Method
This method is the same fixed method that is done with aluminum substructure. In this method, in order to prevent corrosion, aluminum substructure is used between iron and aluminum. For this reason, this method is very resistant to building shocks, and one of the features of this method is that it can be adjusted. Aluminum structures are lighter than iron structures. The fixed method is weaker compared to the rail method because the panels in the fixed method cannot be moved and changed separately.
