Stitching machine
When using this device, you must first weigh the rice you want separately. And then sew the top of the bag with the bag sewing machine. The sewing power of this machine is higher than rail sewing. If your rice bag weighs more than 10 kilos, it is better to use this sewing machine.
Dosage sack machine
This sewing machine is used to sew fabric bags like sacks. In this way, you weigh the desired amount of rice and pour it into the sack. And finally, you sew the top of the bag using this machine.
Semi -Automatic Filling Machine
A more practical and of course slightly more expensive way to pack rice is to use this machine. The rice enters the tank of the filling machine (manually or by using special lifts) then by the scale in the machine. , are weighed. And they are filled inside the bag that is kept by someone under the tank.
At this stage, if the bag is plastic, you can use a rail sewing machine or a material bag sewing machine. Otherwise, we use the sack sewing machine to sew the head of the sack.
Weighing automatic filling machine
The automatic method of packing rice is done using this machine. The rice is put into the machine's tank and weighed by the scale built into this machine. In this machine, there is a part where the single-layer arch is placed and it enters the nylon in a single layer into another part called the collar. until it takes a cylindrical shape and a hot roller is located next to this cylindrical nylon which is constantly rotating. And when the nylon takes the desired shape, it sews the overlapping edges, after that the upper part of the bag is sewn. the bottom of the bag is sewn. Finally, the rice is inserted into the bag and the upper part of the bag is sewn and the bag is removed from the packaging cycle.
