Liquids play a very central and important role in hydraulic devices. Fluids cause the changes made by the device to be much greater than our applied force. Pascal's law in these devices requires that heavy objects can be easily moved or very strong objects can be easily compressed. Pascal's law says that a change in pressure in one of the fluids causes that pressure to be transferred to all points of that fluid. This causes the device to be more efficient than the force you apply.
This relationship is formed due to the presence of the same fluid in the piston. And the smaller surface exerts less pressure, and on the opposite side of the larger surface, it will return a larger force. The hydraulic press works in such a way that if a small force is applied to the small piston, the large piston on the other side starts to move. Following this movement, a lot of pressure is applied on the target piece and the piece is crushed or compacted.
The components of the Press Device
The introduction of the hydraulic press and its components will be reviewed in the rest of this article, the hydraulic press has different parts like any other device:
Frame of the device:
The device frame, which is the most important component of the device, and all parts are mounted on this main part. Different presses have different designs. This piece is often made of steel and has very high strength to withstand high pressure and force. The frame of the hydraulic machine may be different based on efficiency.
Hydraulic Press Table:
Introduction of the hydraulic press is also done with explanations about the table of this device. This table is hard and strong, which has different thickness according to the type of device. The position of this table can be changed by using different levers.
Hydraulic Cylinder:
You might think that the existence of a cylinder in this part is similar to the design of a car, but this part consists of a cylindrical cylinder, piston, ram, sealing tools, sealing tools, etc.
column:
Introduction of the hydraulic press using a column or stork of the machine whose task is to guide and control the machine. Stork may have a different design according to the type of device. Stork or column is one of the most important parts of this device and the possibility of breaking or damaging it is very low.
Hydraulic Pump:
The hydraulic pump is known as the most important part of the device and is the main source of power and pressure. Different devices may have different pumps, and their main task is to provide sufficient force to move the fluid.

Introducing Types of Hydraulic Press Devices
Hydraulic press machines have different types, we will introduce each of them below, these machines are divided according to the needs of people in different industries:
Arbu hydraulic presses:
Arbo hydraulic press machine is used when the work related to them is not very difficult and heavy. These devices do not put much pressure on the products. This device is used for piercing metals, stamping, marking or smoothing metals.
Hydraulic Laminate Press:
This type of hydraulic press operates automatically and has two openings, one of which is used for heating and the other for cooling. Polymers can be laminated with this type of press.
C. Frame Hydraulic Press:
These machines are made in such a way that workers can work with them easily and have only one pressing program. These devices are used for smoothing, assembling and drawing parts. Wheeled bases and pressure gauges are used in these devices.
Pneumatic Hydraulic Press:
Pneumatic press is one of the main and most widely used presses in the market, which is used in various industries. These machines perform the press in the fastest possible way, but they cannot create high pressure. This press system is mostly used in airplane and car brakes. This series of presses need a full-time operator.
Power press, assembly press, H frame press, etc. are among other types of presses available in the market.
