Steel sections are all made of steel, but they have different types. The diversity of steel products and sections means that we can make and use more and wider structures from this alloy. Of course, each section has a series of features and uses. Each of these sections is affected by both a primary standard and a secondary standard.

Angle sections

The first category is known as angular sections. This sub-branch is known by two different categories. The first category of angular sections with equal angles and bases and the second category are sections with unequal angles and bases with various dimensions. Angled sections are usually used in many places. For example, the most common use of this cross section model is the use in the construction of various trusses for the roof of the structure. The most famous angle steel sections also include corner and stud. The corners are designed in such a way that the two cross-sections are perpendicular to each other. Usually, corners are used when we want to weld two metal parts together. Both cold rolling and hot rolling methods were used to produce corners. We can use corners to connect bridges to columns, beams to various load-bearing sections, to build various types of columns, masts and caps, and many metal structures. Fortunately, an angle can greatly increase the strength of a welded part.

Canal -shaped sections

The next category is known as can-shaped sections. Can-shaped sections are usually known as square, rectangular and even circular hollow cans. It is very common to use these sections to make all kinds of columns, trusses, etc.

Fig. T sections

As it is clear from the name of these sections, they are metal structures that are T-shaped. Usually, in order to increase the strength of structures, we use these types of sections. Construction of roofs, columns, construction of guardrails, construction of dams, construction of doors and windows, etc. are all done using these sections.

This model of the surface of steel sections, which are also known as metal beams, usually have different sizes. These items are used as beams or columns in buildings. Three types of metal beams, which are known as normal beams, Hash beams and INP beams, are included in this category.

Rebar

The next steel section that has the most functions and applications in the fields of construction and... are rebars. Rebars can be divided into two ribbed and simple models. On the other hand, the thickness and diameter of the rebars can be completely different. That's why you should pay attention to this issue at the time of purchase. Usually, the diameter of rebars can be from 5 to 250 mm. The most common use of rebar steel sections is in strengthening concrete reinforcements and metal and thermal furnaces. For example, simple rebar is the most used in the industry today. The production of all kinds of bolts and nuts, machines and all kinds of connections can be among the functions and applications of these rebars. Even the production of branched and coiled wires is possible from simple rebars with a small diameter.
The next category is related to ribbed rebars. The longitudinal and transverse ridges on these bars are known as treads. Ribbed, spiral, and compound rebars are also different types of these rebars. The most common use of this type of rebar is related to leveling of concrete as well as different parts of construction.

Flat sections

The next category is known as flat sections. These items and products are also used to make doors and windows, and they can have widths of about 10 to 400 mm and thicknesses of 3 to 40 mm.
When a certain cut of the cross section is made, the belt is made. . Both rolling and machining can be used to produce these products. Usually, in cases where there is a need for high strength and resistance, it is necessary to use this product. Factory stairs and floor coverings are among the most important items in this field.
We produce the sheets, which are the next category of flat sections, by the rolling method. In this method, steel ingots are usually passed between rollers and sheets are produced. Oiled, ribbed, galvanized and even black sheets are these types of steel sections.

Page sections

To make this type of steel sections, it is necessary to use light sheets. These light sheets are cut and smoothed with the help of special machines. The final product is a rhomboid grid of sheets.

Wire products

This category can have many and diverse sub-categories. Press nets, fence nets, fences, gabions, black wire, rabbits, etc. are all wire products.
