How much is the proper sizes of the blanket?
The determining factor in choosing a bedspread is the size of the bed. Are you looking for a throw for a single or king bed? For single beds, the blanket should be 140 to 210 cm wide and 210 to 280 cm long. The dimensions of 220 x 250 cm and 250 x 280 cm are ideal for double beds. The only exception is higher box spring beds: choose extra wide throws up to 270 cm wide. Also consider how far the bedspread should extend over the edge of the bed. It should be at least 20 cm at the end of the legs and on the sides - this will make the sleeping area look very nice.
