Filter Oil Separator:
The function of this group of filters is in such a way that the air flow containing oil particles enters the filter chamber radially and with the help of centrifugal force, most of the oil particles settle and the air flow enters the filter embedded in the chamber. Then the oil-free air is removed from the center of the filter and the separated oil particles are settled again. The oil collected at the end of the separator filter returns to the lubrication circuit of the screw compressor.
Finally, it should be said that due to the strategic importance of screw compressors and the important role they play in the industry, paying attention to the health of these equipments and checking their performance should be considered important. On the other hand, the filters, which are considered as one of the sensitive parts in these compressors, should also be taken into consideration by the manufacturers in order to avoid possible risks and failures and ultimately to improve the quality of the final product.
