Hazara

Hazari is one of the types of mixed rice which has a different and unique taste. Southerners and Bandaris are very fond of mixed rice. This dish is special for Bandar Abbas and is a combination of fish and rice. Southern fish is cut into fillets and seasoned with salt and turmeric. Onions, fish fillets and a little bell pepper are fried together, magical spices such as Omani lemon powder, angelica, special fish spices, salt and pepper are added. The result is the fragrant and popular South-style rice that melts the heart of every guest.
