Hazari is one of the types of mixed rice which has a different and unique taste. Southerners and Bandaris are very fond of mixed rice. This dish is special for Bandar Abbas and is a combination of fish and rice. Southern fish is cut into fillets and seasoned with salt and turmeric. Onions, fish fillets and a little bell pepper are fried together, magical spices such as Omani lemon powder, angelica, special fish spices, salt and pepper are added. The result is the fragrant and popular South-style rice that melts the heart of every guest.
Pakura local food Hormozgan
Pakora is a fried and Indian snack that is also made in Bandar Abbas and Minab. There are many types of pakora and the most popular one is prepared with onion. Of course, you can also try carrot, potato and shrimp pakoras in Minab city. To prepare pakoras, onion and white flour are mixed with chickpea flour, salt, pepper and turmeric. Chopped onion and hot pepper are also added to the previous ingredients. Heat the oil well in a deep pan, then fry a spoonful of ingredients in it. This food is sold in street stalls and delivered to you hot. Bandari people usually pour hot and hot ketchup on pakora and drink it.
Monanticated food
Manjal is the name of a dish made with chicken and is popular in Qeshm, Minab and Bandar Abbas. Manjal is the food of the assembly and they prepare it to welcome dear guests.
