Scientifically, tea is obtained from a plant called "Camellia sinensis". Tea is a natural source of caffeine and antioxidants, but with almost no fat, carbohydrates or protein, it has a pleasant taste that is slightly bitter and astringent. Tea is a popular drink in Iran; And most people consume it every day. Iranians also consider tea to cure fatigue.
Black tea and green tea have theine-theanine-caffeine-theophylline and theobromine. The word tea is often referred to black tea.

How to produce a variety of tea
1- White tea White tea is naturally dried in front of the sun. This type of tea is obtained from fresh tea petals. If you want decaffeinated tea or low caffeine tea, white tea is the best choice. 2- Yellow tea In the processing of yellow tea, there are additional steps such as placing them in a special protection along with steaming. In this type of tea, one of the slowest types of fermentation and oxidation takes place.
3- Black tea What we know as black tea is actually brown, black or even slightly reddish tea. The highest amount of oxidation occurs in black tea. 4- Green tea Green tea grows in two ways: growing in sunlight and growing in the shade. Different methods can be used in processing green tea, such as using sunlight, heating or steaming.

5- Oolong tea Oolong tea is a type of tea that is classified between black tea and green tea. In fact, Oolong tea is a tea that has not been completely oxidized. 6- Puerh tea One of the most long-term fermentation of tea is done in the case of Puerh tea. Fermentation of Puerh tea, which is done on green tea, sometimes takes up to a year.
7- Red tea
There are two types of rooibos tea or red tea.
In one type, the fermentation process is not performed, which actually results in a type of green tea.
In another type, fermentation is done to increase the taste of this tea.
The red color of this type of tea is caused by the same process of tea fermentation.
