Rice should generally grow in warm and humid areas. There are 150 varieties of rice and all of them grow in clusters. At first, the rice is grown in a brown husk and after several steps in the rice mill, it becomes white rice and is available to the people.
The rhetoric factory processes are briefly:
drying cleaning to peel to whiten to shine Grading

First step: drying Drying is the first stage of rice production in the factory. After harvesting, the rice paddies are left in the field for one or two days to reduce their humidity. After this period, the paddies are threshed. The threshed seeds are transported to the factory in bags. Paddy is put in the drying machine in the rice mill. In this device, the moisture level of the seeds should reach about 8%. Dryers are devices with an approximate capacity of 5 tons, which dry the rice in about 4 days by giving it heat. During this time, the seeds are regularly evaluated with a moisture meter.
Second step: sifting The second stage of rice production in the factory is sifting. The seeds are transferred from the dryer to the sieve. The stalks that are mixed with the paddy at the time of harvesting are separated with the help of this process. Also, in the sieve machine, there is a dirt sucker that can separate dust and dirt from the paddies.
The third stage: stone extraction One of the processes of the rice milling factory is the stage in which any type of waste and extra metal materials present in the rice are separated from the rice with this machine and transferred to the next machine in a completely clean and uniform manner.
The fourth step: Peeling The seeds that enter the next stage have a brown shell called paddy. In the fourth step, the paddy is separated. Peeling paddy makes it possible to reuse the peeled husks in papermaking, concrete production, agriculture and livestock industry, etc.

The fifth step: Whitening rice grains The fifth stage of rice production in the factory is to whiten the grains. After the paddy husk, we will reach the next layer of rice, which is called rice bran. The bleaching machine separates the rice bran with full grinding. This bran can be used in animal husbandry.
At the last stage, the sorted rice is packed in bags and sent to the market. The type of packaging can be very effective in maintaining the quality of rice. All these steps are done in Kaabipur rice mill.
