Modeling: First, the desired jewelry model is made using wax or similar materials.
Molding: The jewelry model will be placed in a plaster mold.
Dewaxing: The plaster mold is placed in the oven to melt the wax and remove it from the mold.
Perforation: holes are created in the plaster mold to create a path for the entry and exit of air and molten gold.
Placement in the chamber: the plaster mold is placed inside the suction chamber.

Casting: By creating a vacuum in the chamber, the molten gold is drawn into the mold.
Cooling: After the gold has cooled, the plaster mold is broken and the gold piece will come out.

Gold casting with induction method
Induction casting is an advanced method in the jewelry industry that uses argon gas and an induction machine to perform the process. In this method, first the gold is melted by an induction machine and then with the help of argon gas, the melted metal is injected into the cylinder. This process leads to high precision and quality in the production of gold pieces. Using the induction casting method allows the production of parts of different sizes and shapes and allows the jewelry industry to produce the required parts with high quality and quickly. This method requires special equipment and technical knowledge and requires accurate control of temperature and pressure to achieve optimal results.
Gold casting steps
The stages of casting gold and jewelry are often done in different ways, each of which has its own separate items. One of the common methods is the use of rubber molding, which proceeds as follows.
First, the initial mold is placed between two tires and the prototype is prepared. Then, using a razor, they divide the tire in half and take out the original mold.
Half tires are placed on top of each other and filled with special wax or resin. Then they will remove the wax and put plaster on it. With the help of an aeration device, the bubbles are removed from the plasters.
The waxes are placed in the dewaxing oven to speed up the drying of the plasters. At this stage, the cylinder is placed inside the furnace and gold is poured into it in a molten state.
In the last step, the casts will be broken and the metal samples will be removed from them.
These steps are carried out with precision and coordination so that gold pieces are produced with the necessary quality and precision and are ready to be used in making jewelry.
