Injection of inflatable plastic is one of the most common methods of plastic molding. This method uses a device called "Bloomolding", with different types available in the market. Some of them increase the circulation of production because of their automation and reduce the need for manpower.
How is Inflatable Plastic Injection?
Injection of inflatable plastic is done with a Bloom Molding machine. This machine has two important parts called "die head" and "extruder". In the extruder section, the air material is cooked and becomes molten. Then it goes to the die head section to go down the pipe. This part is used to prevent the plastic from protruding from the mold and to shape the bottom of the bottle.
With the help of the inflatable plastic injection device, besides plastic, materials such as resin and polymer can also be molded. This device is able to place raw materials in the form of tubes inside the cavities. Then this part is filled with compressed air to form the cavity of the mold. After it cools and hardens, the hollow plastic piece is separated from the mold.
What products include inflatable plastic injection services?
One of the products produced with the help of Bloemolding is the bottles that are used to package all kinds of food and... Also, this plastic molding method is used to produce products such as gardening equipment, lawn mowers, medical and dental products. Other inflatable plastic injection services include the production of plastic parts for homes, cars, and large industrial containers.

Extrusion
In this method of air plastic injection, the raw material, which is melted and in liquid form, is first extruded in the form of a bite. In the next step, the morsel is poured into the mold, and the operator of the injection machine must blow air into it with pressure. He waits a few minutes for the plastic to cool and harden inside the mold. Then it separates the plastic part from the mold. In the plastic injection method, the production of plastic parts is done continuously or intermittently. In the alternating method, they first create threads on the top of the bite. Now the morsel goes into the mold and then the wind is blown into it with pressure.
In this method, the weight of the morsel makes it a little harder to create the thickness of the plastic piece. But the hydraulic system solves this problem. So that the operator can quickly remove the plastic piece from the mold with the help of this system. By doing this, the wall thickness of the plastic part is minimized. This method is widely used to produce products such as food bottles and detergents. Another method is continuous, the raw materials are extruded and poured into the mold by the operator. Then he blows air pressure into it to finally make an inflatable plastic object. The advantage of this method of producing plastic parts includes increasing the production speed, reducing costs and the ability to create complex parts. Of course, in this method, the strength of plastic parts decreases. Also, this method is only used to produce parts that are inside.

Tensile injection plastic injection
Air plastic injection by stretch injection method just like the extrusion method requires blowing air. Of course, in this method, the plastic piece must be stretched radially and longitudinally to reach the desired shape. This method of air plastic injection is used to produce parts and products that require elastic raw materials. In fact, the raw material is stretched and therefore it must withstand this tension so as not to tear.
One of the characteristics of producing plastic parts with this method is the lightness and durability of the produced products. But with this method, only certain products are produced and it has limited production.
Injectable inflatable molding
Another method of injection plastic injection. This method is used for mass production of domestic glass and plastic products, including disposable containers. In the way the inflatable plastic injection device works, they first make the primary morsel. Then the wind is blown into it. Finally, the plastic object is removed from the mold after cooling and cooling.
The advantage of this method is to increase the accuracy of the plastic components. It also increases its clamping force for large pieces. Products produced by this method are durable. The cost of production is also somewhat low. Of course, there are problems with injectable inflatable plastic injection. This method is more suitable for producing small parts. The energy consumption increases and the blowing process becomes a bit problematic.
