How the mold is produced
Production of bent edge molds is done using a press machine. In this method, first the steel sheet is placed in the press after the initial cuts and including the edges of the mold, and a 90 degree bend is created in them by pressing. After bending the edges, only the welding machine is used to connect the horizontal and vertical edges in the corner of the mold. Because at this point it is not possible to connect to other methods. In the next step, it is time to connect the post form straps. In this part, in order to prevent the mold from bending outwards during concreting, belts are placed horizontally and vertically in the middle. Belts are connected to the mold using welding.
