HMPLUS full series car filter foam injection device
Automatic A++ air filter foam injection machine, market model (economical), manufactured by Alborz Machinery, Pasargad.
In Alborzah Machinery, as mentioned before, the production line of air filters for light and heavy vehicles is made in 3 models: economic, advanced and standard.
Technical application specifications of A++ air filter foam injection device
In all models of the automatic air filter production line, polyurethane foam injection is completely automatic and without manual intervention.
It has an automatic troubleshooting system and the ability to test the performance of all outputs and parts, from solenoid valves to electric motors, pumps, and CNC devices with the abbreviation FULLT.MAGNET
Using very precise stepping motors and servo motor instead of three-phase motor in the CNC and robotics part of the device, which besides the mechanics, the mold movement accuracy is 0.01.
The timing system is very accurate and can be controlled manually or by computer and no flow tolerance.
The exclusive feature of the device compatibility with single-phase 220V household electricity
Machine tools related to air filter production line in Alborz Pasargad Machine are:
2- Car air filter paper folding device in blade models (for heavy and semi-heavy vehicles, which are often in the form of circular and oval filters) and roller air filter paper folding machine (for passenger and light vehicles, which are often in the form of square, oblong, and trapezoidal books)
3- Felt fiber air filter production machine that uses a hydraulic press system to press fibers, which is often used to produce air filters for imported and assembled foreign passenger cars.
Brief explanation that the air filter foam injection machine is actually from the family of low pressure PU foam injection machine (low pu machine), which in the automatic models of the air filter machine is equipped with a CNC bar scroll table to move the mold table or robotic injection nozzle, and it is used to inject PU polyurethane foam (dry and soft) especially and exclusively for the production of light and heavy car air filters.
One of the general features of all 3 models of foam injection devices is their portable air filter.
1_ ++A series automatic air filter production machine
This system includes two robotic designs, moving nozzle and CNC table. Both machines are fully automatic, and the injection system and the movement of the table or nozzle to perform the mold injection process are fully automatic.
2_ fully automatic B series air filter production machine, European standard, full option and customized
!!! Attention buyers!!!
Dear buyers of the automatic air filter production machine, before taking any action, be sure to enter the technical specifications section of the European standard model automatic air filter production machine so that you do not fall into the trap of profiteers and fraudsters when buying in the market. Falling into the black market, purchase guarantee, make a decision and start production of air filter.
