Daily washing: The most important thing is to never let the concrete dry out in the pot. Immediately after finishing the work, swirl the pot with water and a few pieces of stone to clean it completely. The drying of the concrete causes the balance of the boiler and the pressure on the gearbox.
Greasing: The gears around the boiler and the pinion gear should be greased continuously so that they wear less. Of course, be careful not to let dust and sand stick to the grease, which will cause the opposite result (use lubrication in dusty environments).
Checking the gearbox washer: Regularly check the gearbox washer oil level and refill or replace it if necessary.
Checking the connections: The vibration of the machine may cause the bolts and nuts to loosen. Do a general wrench once a week.
Motor protection: Protect the electric motor from moisture and rain, and regularly service diesel and gasoline engines in terms of engine oil and air filter.
