A versatile glue

All-purpose glue is used in model making to glue cardboard, wood, fabric, etc. This glue cannot be used on foam parts because it will corrode the foam with petroleum solvents. The drying speed and adhesion strength of the universal glue is average. Multi-purpose adhesives cannot be used in making exact replicas, but they are very suitable for making simple cardboard and wooden replicas. Be careful that when using this glue, you must be in a well-ventilated environment because prolonged contact with it may cause respiratory and brain problems.
Foam adhesive
Foam glue is a type of liquid and transparent glue that does not contain foam solvents, which makes it possible to use it for gluing all types of foam. The time required for this glue to dry is relatively long and its adhesion strength is low. This glue is not strong enough and high, so it is not suitable for professional use and model making, but you can use it to make very simple and basic models.
Rifle
The glue gun has a plastic body in which the glue is placed and the glue is melted by the electric element inside the body, which comes out from the metal head in front of the device. Hot glue is suitable for gluing all kinds of plastic, but it is not suitable for delicate work. Also, gun or thermal glue can be used to stick the foam without having the problem of the foam melting. Using this glue requires electricity. When working with a glue gun, be careful of the hot metal outlet of the machine.
Wood glue
In every home, there is a wooden chair that no one dares to sit on, or a picture frame with all its corners spaced apart. Wood glue is the brother of yellow liquid glue and has a cheap price and high strength. Normal wood glue is used for indoor use, and to use wood glue in outdoor spaces such as terraces and porches, make sure the word "exterior" (for outdoor spaces) is mentioned on the package.
