Preparation of the soil bed: First, plow, level and harden the cultivation bed. Make sure there are no rocks or large soil balls on the surface that could tear the nylon.
Spreading the nylon: Spread the roll of nylon along the length of the growing bed. Make sure that the nylon is completely smooth and without wrinkles.
Fixing the nylon: Cover the edges of the nylon with soil or use special plastic nails to fix it on the ground. This will prevent the wind from blowing and moving the nylon.
Drip Pipe Installation: Place the drip irrigation pipes exactly in the center of the nylon and on top of it. The distance of the drippers should be proportional to the distance of the cultivation rows.
Creating gaps for the plants: At the place of cultivation of plants, make small slits in the nylon with a sharp knife or a special cutting device so that the plant comes out of these slits. Be careful that the cuts are not too large so as not to interfere with weed control.
System Flushing: Before final cultivation, turn on the irrigation system and adjust the water pressure to ensure there are no leaks.
