Warranty method

Profiles produced in WINTECH factories, if used and maintained correctly, have a 10-year warranty against change in color and condition due to factors, weather conditions and natural environments. In order to properly maintain UPVC Wintech doors and windows, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

1. Profile maintenance conditions

Profiles used in UPVC doors and windows should be properly maintained, and finally once every six months, they should be periodically cleaned with soap and water to prevent the deposition of dust and suspended particles in the air.

Any color change and change of the profile due to the use of chemicals, acid cleaners and industrial solvents that cause the emission of chlorine, phosphorus or sulfur gases, is not included in the warranty.

Using sharp, cutting and rough tools for cleaning is not included in the warranty.

All protective labels on the profile must be removed immediately within 45 days from the date of installation of doors and windows; Otherwise, any possible discoloration or non-removal of the profile protector will not be covered by the warranty.

2. Conditions of using the warranty

Informs the buyers that all profiles used without coating in your door and window system with the WINTECH brand, from the date of installation and in compliance with the conditions stated in the warranty sheet, are guaranteed for 10 years against color change, curvature and deformation of the profile.

Dear customer, all the UPVC profiles used in your project with the WINTECH brand, from the date of installation and according to the contract between Fimabin and Iran Insurance Company, are covered by Iran Insurance Company's product quality guarantee insurance. In case of damage, bring warranty card together with product purchase invoice, refer to the claim unit of Iran Insurance Company in the relevant city or city to handle and receive the damage.

If the defects observed in the manufactured doors and windows are due to not using a standard galvanized reinforcing profile or not following the principles of window production, installation and assembly, it will not be included in the warranty.

Any injuries and defects caused by building settlement, fire and natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, etc. are not included in the warranty.

Doors and windows include a guarantee that all their consumable and auxiliary profiles are from WINTECH products.

Distorted warranty card, without hologram and prominent WINTECH seal is invalid and any forgery and misuse of this warranty will be prosecuted.

The buyer must be careful in maintaining the warranty sheet and product purchase invoice and in order to enjoy the warranty conditions, presenting these documents is mandatory. It is worth mentioning that if the warranty card is lost, a duplicate will not be issued.

The warranty will include the products that were purchased from WINTECH authorized representative and the specifications mentioned in the warranty sheet, including dealer code and name of the representative, are included in the Femabin contract or product purchase invoice or bill provided by the authorized representative.

In order to enjoy the warranty conditions, the buyer must register the detailed information of the warranty card within 30 days from the date of receiving the warranty card on the official website of Wintech company at www.wintech.ir.

This warranty is valid up to 10 years after the date of installation and is invalid without stamp, signature and invoice number of WINTECH representative.
