Hydraulic and mechanical calculations: In the first step, the sole weight, permissible load capacity, movement course and installation angle are checked to calculate the diameter of the piston and pipe.
Precise cutting and turning of the parts: Pipes and shafts are cut with precision machines and threads and burrs are cut with millimeter tolerances.
Industrial welding and Cleaning: The parts of the bottom of the cylinder are welded with specialized welding methods under protective gas so that there are no holes left for oil leakage. because the presence of even a small chip can tear the packings on the first day.
Mounting and fitting of sealing equipment: Experienced technicians install the gland, packing and shaft without damaging the felt bowl.
Hydrostatic test and leakage test: The jack is subjected to a pressure beyond the rated working pressure to ensure the strength of the body and its complete sealing. be.
